A polished concrete floor in a room with glass doors looking out to gum trees

Concrete only, and only done once.

Evolve Polished Concrete Bendigo is Kyle's business, run out of Quarry Hill. One trade, one point of contact, and a floor you are not going to have to think about again.

A polished concrete floor in a high-ceilinged room with a stone fireplace

The bloke who turns up and grinds.

Evolve Polished Concrete Bendigo is Kyle. Not a call centre, not a subbie you have never met. The person who quotes your slab is the person standing on it with the grinder, which is the whole reason the detail holds up.

It shows up in what people write afterwards. "Professional, reliable and great attention to detail." "Communication is clear and direct." "Explained the process clearly all the way through to completion and the aftercare." That is the job, described back by the people who paid for it.

What you get either way.

Told, not guessed

You hear what stage the floor is at and what happens next. Customers keep using the same two words for it: clear and direct.

The detail is the job

Edges, doorways, the join where the slab meets a step. The bits people notice later are the bits that get the time now.

Aftercare included

You are shown how to look after the finish before Kyle packs up, so the floor you paid for still looks like that in a few years.

An exposed aggregate concrete surround running along the edge of a swimming pool

Inside, outside, and the bit in between.

A polished living floor and a non-slip pool surround are the same trade with different settings on the machine. Kyle does both, so the concrete running from your kitchen out to the alfresco can actually match instead of being handed to two people who never spoke.

How a floor actually happens.

01

Look at the slab

Kyle comes out, sees what is under the covering and what the concrete is likely to give you, then quotes it. Free, and no obligation.

02

Strip and prep

Old tiles, glue, carpet or coating come off. Levels get sorted, cracks get dealt with, and the slab is made flat and sound.

03

The cut

Grinding through the grits to the exposure you chose, whether that is a light cream cut or the full stone showing.

04

Seal and hand over

Sealed or densified to suit the room, cleaned up, and you get walked through the aftercare before Kyle leaves.

In their own words.
